If we look in detail at the correlation of the monthly mean wind power itself, we see that regions can be found where the
production is quite well anticorrelated to others. Some of this anticorrelations are of systematic nature. So the idea of selecting the regions in order to get the best match
of production and electricity consumption suggests itself. |
